We can have real yet unpleasant physical reactions to the thought of doing it, it is very common to sweat, vomit, shake, need to urinate or blush. By equipping yourself with some very tried and tested tools in your toolbox to pull upon will really help with your confidence and reduce the physical symptoms you may be experiencing.
In this 4.5 hour workshop I will share my experience with overcoming public speaking, provide you with tips and techniques to help you in your situation and we will finish the session with hypnotherapy to help you to be more calm and relaxed.
