Get ready to learn how capable you really are!
Sometimes we can really lose who we are and what is important to us. This workshop will help you uncover who you are what you are about and re-unite you with yourself. It can really shed light on what you love to do and why perhaps you react to things the way you do. By equipping yourself with some very tried and tested tools in your toolbox to pull upon will really help with your relationships with others, the relationship with yourself and focus your mind on activities you want to start doing.
These 2 hour workshops are packed with tools to provide you with techniques to shine a light on different areas of you and explore ways to positively move forward. We will finish the workshop with a relaxing group hypnotherapy, guided meditation or individual mindfulness.
